Terms of Service

1. The Service
Trainer-Toolbox provides interactive classroom engagement tools — quizzes, polls, word clouds, photo contests, timers, and related features — for trainers ("hosts") and their participants ("learners"). By creating an account or joining a class you agree to these terms.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Trainer accounts require a valid access code or paid subscription. Learner accounts may be created anonymously for classroom participation. You must provide accurate information and be legally able to enter into this agreement (or have a parent, guardian, or institution that is).
3. Subscriptions & Billing
Paid plans are billed through Stripe on a recurring basis until cancelled. Trials convert or expire automatically at the end of the trial period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time from the billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Plan limits (classes, students, tools) are described on the pricing page and may be enforced by the service.
4. Your Content
Hosts and learners retain ownership of the content they submit (questions, photos, words, answers). You grant us the limited license needed to store, display, and transmit that content to the class it belongs to. You are responsible for having the rights to what you upload and for ensuring classroom content is appropriate for its audience. We may remove content that violates these terms.
5. Acceptable Use
Don't misuse the service: no unlawful content, harassment, attempts to circumvent access controls or plan limits, scraping of other users' data, or interference with other classes. We may suspend accounts that do.
6. Disclaimers & Liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
7. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the product or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
